Wright & Wright’s activity in the sale and rentback market has led to them being called in to assist the FSA and the Treasury in creating a regulatory model for the industry.
Their involvement extends to developing a close working relationship with the National Landlords Association, via the NLARentback representative body, to ensure regulation is adopted in a measured and ethical manner.

The next challenge will be for the providers to participate and share their ideas. Our Clients are amongst the largest providers and so I am delighted that they have agreed to attend our round table in January.”
Wright & Wright will host an inaugural SARB event on January 16th at Lloyds of London- whilst places are now taken the excellent take-up means further dates will be added.
