W&W announces new Client Lender

Wright & Wright are yet again delighted to announce a new Lender is to provide direct instructions. The Portman Building Society has linked to Wright & Wright's Perfect Security service through London & European.

This appointment follows the success achieved  by W&W with Central Loans Limited, part of the Central Trust plc family.

The Portman is one of the aggressive movers in the lending and building society industries at present holding merger talks over the last 12 months with the Yorkshire and most recenty with the Lambeth. These moves make the Portman (with its Buy to Let strategy, The Mortgage Works) a rival to the Britannia Building Society in ambition, if not quite size.

W&W will be one of two firms chosen by the Portman/ L&E link.
