The firm has advised and acted in substantial compensation claims including representation in the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. We act for both employer and employee in settling compromise agreements and we have extensive knowledge and expertise in the recent whistle-blowing legislation.

We can advise on and assist with the termination of employment and conduct of disciplinary matters, wrongful dismissal and unfair dismissal and on all types of discrimination including those relating to sex, race or disability.

We can help start-up businesses with drafting employment contracts, or even assist long-established companies to change their existing employment systems, and introduce new terms and conditions. There is also help for directors and we can provide special service agreements.
