Franchising

Wright & Wright have an established franchising practice, having advised a number of franchisees over several years on all the legal aspects of running their businesses.

As well as assisting with the grant and renewal of their franchises, we provide continuing support to clients as they operate and develop their businesses. We can offer, and continue to develop, a comprehensive service to all our clients, drawing on our expertise in dealing with franchise agreements and the variety of parties involved in the process, from the parent company to the product suppliers.

We have particular experience in the area of hairdressing, being recommended, for example, by the Toni & Guy Franchise Department to their franchisees. Our clients benefit from a having team dedicated to the area of franchising and we look forward to developing this aspect of our practice.

Corporate

We offer a comprehensive commercial service for business clients covering all company matters. Our Commercial Property service is dealt with in another section of this site.

We act on the formation, acquisition and sale of companies. We deal with agencies and distributorship agreements, joint venture agreements and service and consultancy agreements. We also have extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of partnership law and have worked on matters involving the Department of Trade and Industry.
