We have wide experience of acting on the acquisition and disposal of commercial and light industrial properties, including shops, offices, factories, public houses, warehouses and residential care homes.

Our experience in acting for Buyer and, in particular, the commercial Lender has given us a broad range of expertise across the board.

We have acted for a number of long-standing developer Clients over many years in relation to land acquisitions and their subsequent development and we also provide advice to Clients on property conversions and re-sale.

Our work for commercial Lenders follows on from our other work in the lending industry and we are adept in liaising with Borrowers' Solicitors and the Lenders themselves to achieve quick and successful results in matters that are often detailed and legally complex.

We also act for both Landlord and Tenant in the preparation and approval of commercial leases, surrenders and licenses to underlet and alter. We also assist in rent reviews.
