Care Home Acquisitions

We have taken the bold step to remove ourselves from traditional legal compartments and have allied ourselves to the industries in which we deal. In doing this we have found that we understand what affects our Clients, what pressures they feel and how we can help them adapt in their market. Our service has become tailored to the Client's industry rather than to our own.

We have acted in the care market for several years and are fortunate to have built up a number of associates in the field- from training consultants to lenders, and from agents to regulatory bodies. Our Clients range from large home owners to small domiciliary agencies, but all have grown with us.

We started to work in Care more than five years ago and since then have seen the inception of the Care Standards Act, the National Miniumum Standards, the demise of the Registered Homes Tribunal and the rise (and fall!) of the National Care Standards Commission. And, of course, we will probably also still be here when the short-lived Commission for Social Care Inspection folds!

We have a working knowledge of the Care Standards and the associated legislation flowing from that and also understand the practical procedures for CSCI inspections, registrations and Care Standard Tribunal investigations.

We are members of the National Care Managers Forum.
