Understanding the Market
We work with all the major title insurers and so we can offer full title insurance cover to speed completions on all matters (not just a remortgage) to protect the lender and the borrower.
We regularly deal with bankruptcy issues, writing procedures for third party funders in those cases; and negotiate around second charges, deeds of postponement and judgements secured against the property. Typical problems which would usually delay completion (such as a transfer of equity) are no barrier to our 5 working day completion promise.
